Today was mostly about waterfights. Epic battle with my little cousins (it was declared a draw but I have to admit Brandon probably edged it :P) and then drenching nonsense with my friends kids.
Ellie and Luc also made me watch some demented creation called Adventure Time. Whoever created that cartoon knowing kids were going to watch it should be shot. Wouldn’t be in the least surprised if the next generation think it’s cool to take LSD the way we take vitamins. Eesh.

The thought of going to work tomorrow had more or less ruined my sunday but it’s been fixed with a roasting pirate matey bubble bath. :D
Clearly my inner 5 year old is alive and well, which would explain the random craving I had for one of those little boxes of raisins earlier.

Tomorrow I have to get myself poshed up to sit in a room full of people I’ve never met before and probably never will again just so one of my friends doesn’t look like a loner.
I plan on getting drunk enough to deal with this before hand so it’s unlikely I’ll be upright for very long in my shoes. I think I’ll find a seat near the bar and mainline gin.

I came home from a shit day to find my littlest sister had put my clean tshirts in my room for me, folded the way I like them (yes, I am that fussy) and when my dad left to go round to margaret’s she came downstairs, dumped her pad and pens in the living room, went to the kitchen and came back with wine for me (and something weirdly purple for herself) and then sat down beside me and said “right, let’s draw up your next tattoo”.
Little sisters are awesome, even if they’re guilty of waking you at 3am because they forgot their key.
